Google Keep is a free app, which helps you to make notes. It is useful and simple in use because you can sort all created notes in any way you wish. In addition, you can create reminders, and the notification will pop-up in the chosen date. The app was released in 2013, and more than 100 000 000 have downloaded it on their Android gadgets.

Interface 5/5

At first glance, the interface may seem complicated due to a large number of icons. Nevertheless, it is pretty easy to understand the interface, because all the buttons are sorted and highlighted. The design is white. However, you can change the colour of your notes by tapping the THREE DOTS button while managing your writings. You cannot change the main background color.

Content and Features 5/5

Google Keep allows you to create notes. Every icon and feature here is sorted so you could easily use the app. First, you will see the top line. There you can search for your notes by typing their title, sort your writings in line or columns, and change your active Google account. There is also a menu button, where you can choose between creating notes or notifications. You can also archive the old notes by tapping on the related button. There is a DELETED section, where you can find your deleted writings. However, all the notes there disappear after 7 days.

At the bottom line, you will be able to write your notes or notifications, create bullet points, draw, speak in microphone (the app will transform your commands into the text), and add different photos, which are stored on your device.

Usability 5/5

Google Keep is a nice app that usually works with no issues. It saves all of your notes and plays notifications at the correct date. You can also turn on the synchronization. This feature will save all of your notes on your Google Account. You can sort notifications by a simple swipe or by pushing the button, manage or delete writings within a few taps. However, some users complain about the app crashes. Nevertheless, it happens rarely. All you have to do in this case is to restart the app.

Compatibility 5/5

Google Keep is available for download on Android and iOS. You can also use it on a PC. The version of Google Keep is the same on these platforms, so you can use any platform you wish. With the help of synchronization, you will be able to create your notes on your smartphone and then manage them on PC and vice versa.

Google Keep is a useful app that helps you to swiftly create notes and notifications. You can create writing in many possible ways, sort and pin them, add to ARCHIVE section. Synchronization will help you to manage your notes on many few devices. This feature is available only if you use the same Google account.
